Products are shipped promptly after order completion and payment confirmation, and are delivered to customers via Ilyang Express, our Korean delivery partner.

ORDER STATUS

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order confirmation number, the details of your purchase and additional key information.

The product will be carefully packaged at Amouage's Incheon warehouse and then shipped to the address specified by the customer via Ilyang Express.

Once shipment is complete, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check your order status at any time in My Account - "Order History." You can also track your delivery status on the Ilyang Logistics website (https://www.ilyanglogis.co.kr/) using the tracking number.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders that have completed payment will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the shipping date, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery may be delayed depending on the courier's circumstances or the availability of certain products. Please understand that delivery may be delayed by an additional 1-2 days due to circumstances at the courier's discretion in remote islands, mountainous regions, holidays, year-end, or during peak order volumes.

FREE SHIPPING

All products purchased from Amouage's official Korean online store are shipped free of charge. However, shipping fees may apply for refunds due to a change of mind.
