Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, Amouage will be pleased to accept items for return or exchange that fall under the company’s requirements. If you have any questions and need further assistance, feel free to contact us at customerservice@amouage.com.
Please read the following requirements for returns and exchanges. If you just need to know how to handle your return, please skip to the next section.
Our Return Policy
Products purchased from the official Amouage Korea online store can only be returned from that site. For return and refund procedures for products purchased through other channels, including offline stores, please contact the place of purchase.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return it and repurchase it.
Returns due to a change of mind may be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product you received is different from the product you ordered or is not as per the contract, you may request a return within 3 months of delivery or 30 days of becoming aware of the difference.
Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original, resalable packaging. Returns may be rejected if the product is damaged, soiled, shows signs of use, has lost value, or if the product plastic is damaged or removed. When returning, the free sample and other components included with your order must be returned along with the product. Returns may be rejected if missing.
A round-trip shipping fee of 8,000 won will be charged for simple change of mind.
Sale items, special orders, and personalized items (engraving, etc.) are not eligible for returns.
When returning a product, please pack it in the same condition as when you received it, including all packaging materials, including the original box and cushioning, and your order details (or receipt). Amouage Korea is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during return shipping.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, or if a different product is delivered than what you ordered, we will exchange or refund it. If such issues arise, please contact customerservice@amouage.com immediately. To expedite the resolution of your issue, please provide your order number and attach photos demonstrating the condition of the product upon receipt. This will greatly assist in the exchange/refund process. Please retain the original box, packaging, and damaged product in the same condition as you received them.
Refund Procedure
1. Return Application
Please submit your return request to Customer Service (customerservice@amouage.com) along with your order number.
2. Complete the Required Documents
Please complete the refund application form and enclose it in the box with the product and its components. If you cannot find the refund application form, please contact Customer Service (customerservice@amouage.com).
3. Refund Product Delivery
Once Customer Service completes your return request with Ilyang Express, the designated courier, the courier will visit your address and begin shipping your return. Please pack your product carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Please note that returning your product using another courier may result in delayed return confirmation or denial of your refund.
4. Return Shipping Fee Payment
For returns due to product defects, Amouage will cover the shipping costs. For returns due to a change of mind, please transfer the 8,000 won round-trip shipping fee to the account number provided.
5. Refund Processing
If the Amouage logistics center receives your refund request within 14 business days of receiving the product, your refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the product. You will receive an email notification from customer service after your refund has been processed. Refunds can only be processed via the credit or debit card used for payment.
