Shipping Policy

Amouage is committed to providing our customers with fast and safe delivery services.

Products are shipped promptly after order completion and payment confirmation, delivered to you via Ilyang Logistics, our Korean delivery partner.

 

Order and Delivery Confirmation

Once you complete your order, an order confirmation email will automatically be sent.

This email includes your order number, purchase details, payment amount, and important information.

Your product will be carefully packaged at Amouage's Incheon warehouse and shipped to your designated address via Ilyang Logistics.

Once shipment is complete, you will automatically receive a delivery confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can check your order status at any time by navigating to My Account - "Order History." You can also track your delivery status on the Ilyang Logistics website (https://www.ilyanglogis.co.kr/) using the tracking number.

 

Delivery Period

Orders that have completed payment will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days from the shipping date, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery may be delayed depending on the courier's circumstances or the availability of some items. Please understand that delivery delays may be an additional 1-2 days for remote areas, holidays, year-end events, or during peak order periods.

 

Free Shipping

All products purchased from Amouage's official Korean online store are shipped free of charge. However, a round-trip shipping fee of KRW 8,000 may apply for refunds due to customer change of mind.

Products purchased from Amouage's official Korean online store are available for delivery only within South Korea. For shipping to other countries, please visit www.amouage.com.
